If you and your partner are trying to get pregnant, it will help a lot if you know when you are fertile. Usually know when you are fertile is a matter of being aware of your own body, which many women are unfortunately not. Women who have regular menstrual cycles actually find it easy to tell what day of the month when they are most fertile and have a high rating to get pregnant.

So if you want to know when you are fertile, you can answer your own question about keeping track of your own body, especially your menstrual cycle. You can actually look at three easy ways to find out what is the ideal time for you to become pregnant. All you have to do is to test the consistency of your cervical mucus, the position of your cervix, and the core temperature of your body.

Test fluid Cervical

All sexually mature women produce different types of vaginal secretions. One of them is called the cervical mucus, produced by the cervical mucus to make the environment less hostile to sperm pass incoming liquid. The cervical mucus is also considered as an indicator of fertility, because it changes consistency depending on the stage of the menstrual cycle of the woman is in.

Normally, the cervical mucus is thick and seems to be clear. However, a woman may feel dry in his hell shortly after the end of the period. This is because the cervical mucus is very thin at this time. However, the consistency of its changes in the cervical mucus, as it gets closer to the time of ovulation. Instead of becoming thick and cloudy as it is normally, it takes the appearance of an egg white - clear, stretchy and slippery to the touch. When the cervical mucus becomes in this way, it means that the woman has a chance of becoming pregnant in the next 24 hours.

To check your cervical mucus, all you need to do is collect it by inserting your finger into your vagina. Make sure you wash your hands before doing so. Take your finger and press the tip against the run. After a few seconds, hold your two fingers apart. If the mucus is sticky and extends between the fingers without breaking, it means you are ovulating.

Testing cervical position

Another change that the woman experiences during her menstrual cycle is the positioning of the cervix. By checking the height of your neck is your pelvic area, you can determine if you are fertile or not. The cervix moves to a lower position in the pelvic region early in the menstrual cycle, but it is higher during ovulation.

You can save the position of your cervix daily to estimate whenyou are fertile. After your period, you slide your finger inside your vagina environment to feel the opening of the cervix. The opening will feel a cylindrical mass of tissue. If you can not find the opening with your middle finger, it means it is too high and that you are ovulating.

Take the basal temperature (BBT)

Your basal body temperature also fluctuates depending on what stage of your menstrual cycle you are in. In general, lower your BBT at the beginning of your cycle and is highest at the time of ovulation. Your BBT will drop until you approach the beginning of your cycle again.

You can estimate the time of ovulation by checking your BBT first thing in the morning with the help of an oral thermometer. It should be the first thing you do before you even get out of bed, because even the smallest business can throw off your results. Keep a chart of your BBT for a month or two so that you can find the model in your menstrual cycle, which makes it easier for you to approach when you can get pregnant.

These are the three most common ways to check when you are fertile enough to get pregnant. For the most accurate results, you must have two if not all three of these methods. But whatever you do, the key to knowing when you are fertile is to be aware of your own body.
