For women who have been practicing natural contraception, they are most likely aware in their ovulation period. They know exactly which days they are safe and which days they will most likely pregnancy risk. For these women, it is much easier for them to be able to identify the best days to get pregnant once they are ready.

best days to get pregnant for a woman

The best days to get pregnant for a woman to have the best chance in the design, this is when they are at their peak of ovulation. This is the day when the fertilized egg to the uterus and trigger becomes open to fertilization with sperm live. Otherwise, when there is no union of success, the egg goes through the process and continues thereafter on menstruation. When a woman wants to get pregnant, they need to leverage their date of ovulation, which is usually during the fourteenth day for those who have a regular 28-day menstrual cycle.

The best advice is to take the opportunity to have sex as often as the couple can do and especially prior to ovulation. It is also advisable for a couple to stay in a constant sexual position to help the sperm stays inside the woman more likely to union with the fertilized egg, and for most, it would be the traditional missionary position . A woman on the end should also do some steps that will help keep the sperm in it, mainly for the support of pillows under her waist or hips to elevate the area and keep the sperm at the highest point possible.
